14-day returns

Wrong size or changed your mind? Send your boots back within 14 days of delivery. They must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

How to return

1. Email support@bootsplug.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you the next steps.
3. Send the boots back with a tracked service. Return postage is paid by you.

Refunds

We refund as soon as your return arrives with us and has been checked.

What can't be returned

• Worn or used boots
• Personalised (ID) or converted (SG) pairs

Wrong size?

Most size returns are UK vs US mix-ups: US 9 = UK 8. Check the size chart before you order, or message us and we'll help.
