When will my order ship?
Order by 4pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day. After 4pm, it ships the next working day.
Saturday: UK orders placed by 11am ship the same day. International orders placed at the weekend ship on Monday.
A few pairs ship from our second location and take 3–4 days to dispatch. The product page shows this before you order.

Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import tax
UK orders: none. Outside the UK, your country may charge import tax and duty when the parcel arrives, paid to the courier. If you refuse to pay, the parcel comes back to us and we refund the boots minus the return shipping. The original shipping isn't refunded.
Problems with a delivery
Parcel damaged? Refuse it if you can and email us. Lost parcels are refunded or replaced once the courier confirms they're lost. Need to change your address? Email us before your order ships.
