3) You will receive an email with all the instructions & the shipping information
4) Follow the simple instructions
(When you send your pair in for conversion,shipping cost for UK customers is around £5.00 with Royal Mail. International customers shipping cost will be anywhere from £20-35 that’s why is best to do multiple pairs at once. Ask your team mates maybe you can all send the boots at the same time and save on shipping costs!)
Standard Suds Pattern is 4 metal studs at the front with 2 metal studs at the back. 11mm at the front and 13mm at the back. If you want anything different, send us an email at support@bootsplug.com and we’ll confirm for you.
note, boots that get converted cannot be returned!

Instructions:
1) Add "ID Personalisation" to your cart with your chosen pair of boots
2) Check out
3) Email support@bootsplug.com with all requirements:
- Order Number
-Clear Description of what you want, text,flag,color and symbol your choose.
-Let us know which side you want what, also if you want it on inside or outside of the boots
4) We'll message you back to confirm the details,then we will send you a picture before we apply it to the boots to get a visual confirmation from you!
Example:
"Hey Boots Plug My order number is XXXX
On the Outside of the Left boot I want the color Black : 'Max' with an England flag.
On the Inside of the Right boot I want the color Black : 'SMITH' with a Fire emoji
We will then email you back confirming your request! You will receive pictures of the final results before we apply them,to get a confirmation from you. If something needs changing we will happily change it without any extra costs.
