Older pairs

If your pair is over 5 years old (not sure? message us and we'll confirm the release year), natural ageing can affect durability. We quality-check every pair before it ships, but on boots 5+ years old small issues like sole separation or stiff materials can happen. That's normal and beyond our control, as we're not the manufacturer.

Every order comes with our promise to help if anything happens:

• UK customers: we arrange a free professional repair, including the shipping costs.
• International customers: we still help fix your boots. You just cover the shipping.
