(When you send your pair in for conversion,shipping cost for UK customers is around £5.00 with Royal Mail. International customers shipping cost will be anywhere from £20-35 that’s why is best to do multiple pairs at once. Ask your team mates maybe you can all send the boots at the same time and save on shipping costs!)
Standard Suds Pattern is 4 metal studs at the front with 2 metal studs at the back. 11mm at the front and 13mm at the back. If you want anything different, send us an email at support@bootsplug.com and we’ll confirm for you.
note, boots that get converted cannot be returned!

If your pair is over 5 years old (if you’re unsure, just message us and we’ll confirm the release year), please note that some natural ageing can affect durability. We quality-check every pair before sending, but once a boot reaches 5+ years of age, small issues such as sole separation or material stiffness can occur — this is completely normal and beyond our control, as we’re not the manufacturer.
That said, every order comes with Bootsplug Durability Assurance — our promise to help you if anything happens:
• UK Customers: We’ll arrange a free professional repair, including covered shipping costs.
• 🌍 International Customers: We’ll still help fix your boots — you’d just need to cover the shipping cost.
