- Clear Description of what you want, text,flag,color and symbol of your choose.
- Let us know which side you want what, also if you want it on the inside or outside of the boots
- We'll message you back to confirm the details,then we will send you a picture before we apply it to the boots to get a visual confirmation from you!

On the Outside of the Left boot I want the color Black : 'Max' with an England flag.
On the Inside of the Right boot I want the color Black : 'SMITH' with a Fire emoji
We will then email you back confirming your request,the a few hours later or the following day you will receive pictures of the final results before we apply them,to get a confirmation from You. If something needs changing we will happily change it without any extra costs.

We quality-check every pair before sending, but once a boot reaches 5+ years of age, small issues such as sole separation or material stiffness can occur — this is completely normal and beyond our control, as we’re not the manufacturer.
